Ben met me ahead of the work day and we went over details for the refinishing of our door. The men showed up on the date we chose on time. They set up in our driveway and were very efficient. They were hard workers and very professional. Our doors were in bad shape! They sanded, used putty, primed and painted the doors. They put them back on the front, installed the hardware, and finished by 5:30pm. It was great and the doors look amazing!

Southwest Door Refinishing did an outstanding job restoring our 23 year old solid oak front entry door. The exterior had worn with cracks developing in the wood. They completely sanded down the entire door to bare wood and stained in a color of my choice and applied a beautiful low gloss topcoat. Easy to work with and always present to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend.

Southwest Door Refinishing did a great job of refinishing our exterior entry door. I called and left a voicemail. The owner Ben, called me back the same day. I could tell from talking with him that he is very knowledgeable about doors and door refinishing.
He asked me to text him a few pictures of the door. He had a few followup questions, such as, do you want to keep it the same color? Change the color of the stain? Do you want to do both sides done or just the exterior? etc...
The next day he had a quote for me.
On the day of the job, the crew showed up, on time, and got right to work. They were very courteous and clean. And they finished the job in one day!
The door came out amazing. We are very happy with the way the door came out. It looks beautiful! From the initial call to the completed job, it was the best home improvement experience we have ever had! Highly Recommended.

I would highly recommend Ben for wood door refinishing. Our front door, made of Alder, came out looking beautiful after Ben's loving labor and in depth knowledge. The work was completed on the days he promised. He was always keeping us informed of what he was going to do everyday. He is real gentleman.

Ben did a great job in refinishing our very sun damaged entry doors. He spent parts of two days and seemed to be very meticulous and thorough. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but his quote was 1/2 of a competitors price. I will recommend him to others.

Southwest Door Refinishing did a FANTASTIC job for us! Our front door is very big and was very sun-damaged. We weren't sure it could be saved. Mr. Pisano is a true craftsman, professional, responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable about painting and wood restoration. Southwest Door Refinishing recently refinished and painted four single doors and one set of double doors on our commercial building. The owner is by far one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. He is very professional, thorough and fair in both his work assessments and estimates, keeps true to his word, is reliable, and above all, does wonderful work. Southwest Door Refinishing did a great job for us. Our door was weatherworn from the Arizona sun. Southwest Door restored our door and it looks fantastic. Ben's work is precise, professional, and the money you can save on refinishing a door verses buying a new one is worth every dollar spent. Great customer service, clean cut, and on time! I am very happy with my new looking door!
